Here are the hints you guys have been waiting for:
1.The sentence "our reef...." means nothing so no need to make sense out of it.
2.No googling required.
3.And 5-3..... is not a tennis match score
, try to order the highlighted words according to this sequence and then cut(The biggest hint)
And please don't file any RTI..we are scared

Once you arrange the words in proper order, you would certainly know what to cut and how to cut.
