We were sent to replace the fallen ones
Aw we go forth we count the milestones
They say ,"Welcome to the battle highway"
Snow clad pines and the winter sun
Wait a sec,"This could be heaven"
As far as the eagle eye, there is noone-no one

Walk the glacier falls ,walk the border run
Cold night,frostbite ,the enemy gun
Another sound from the many ones
Ones's that claim redeem the soul
Others take the harsher toll

Men without sanity are men without fear
And then suddenly we stop to hear
Help me man, save me lord
A bullet goes through, thats the reward

Welcome to the battle highway

A man goes still the third of the hour
Less die by the gun or the mortar
And this highway is very long
Death is right but the pain is wrong
A battle is won ,one of many
